This paper is about Ethnography, which is the study of diverse culturs that could be threatened by wedstern civilization.

Ethnography Ethnography is the firsthand, personal study of local settings. Bronislow Malinowski, a Polish anthropologist, is credited as being the "father of ethnography". Malinowski believed it was an ethnographer's job to research and study small groups of foragers, cultivators, and generally any type of culturally diverse communities that could be threatened by western civilization. …that cultures have been in contact, and have been constantly changing throughout history. In some way, shape, or form, certain cultures have been in contact with some type or foreigner way before any anthropologist ever came their way. Most have already been "shown" or involved with some fashion to nation-states, or colonial system. It is even thought that natives were already in some way a part of the "world system", maybe through traders, or missionaries.
