To most humans, sight is their strongest sense; however, when communicating, we often prefer language or spoken word to explain what we are thinking, feeling or experiencing. In the case of one autistic woman, Temple Grandin, this common form of communication is all but foreign to her. …showed last 75 words of 1577 total…the same time led to a lot of repetitiveness throughout the book. Overall, the book is definitely a valuable resource for autism research, as is Temple herself. Even though she is high-functioning, she has experienced many of the same problems and struggles other afflicted with the disorder experience and come through stronger because of it. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to know that there are many ways to see the world.
