some cut back it’s still not enough; they need to quit and the government needs to help by making it illegal. To make smoking while pregnant illegal is not the hard part; it’s enforcing it. You can’t always tell when a woman is pregnant, so we can’t expect store employees to not sell cigarettes to them. But by making it illegal it would help to get more pregnant women to quit.
