The church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day saints is also commonly called the "Mormon" religion. Founded by Joseph Smith born in Sharon, Vermont in 1805. His teenage years led him in a search of truth for God and Jesus. At the age of 14, Smith was approached in a dream where God explained his purpose. I agree with Smith in his early ventures for divine knowledge, but on his further philosophy I disagree.

Natuarally he recieved negative critisim from the surrounding community. I do not challenge the validity of Smith's encounter with God, and Jesus. I believe that all of us who choose to discover help, answers, or to praise God can experience a similar response.
