Creativity is less because there is less self-interest, competition, and pain in lives. Nevertheless, creativity is a key factor for the development of human civilization. No more of creativity foreshadows the eventual end of golden age as the book describes that "with what inexorable swiftness the Golden Age was rushing to its close" (130).
