Television and the Effects on society

Television can be a rich source of stimulating, entertaining learning opportunities, or it can be a mind-numbing waste of time. Interacting with others and learning in a classroom is something that can never be replaced by images on a screen. The viewer needs to make his decision on what he wants to watch before he turns on the television.
