Willie gets on the plane which takes off. Eva is not on the plane, but appears back at the empty hotel. Eddie thinking that Willie and Eva have left goes back to New York. I believe that the separation of Willie and Eddie is good. Willie needed a change; his life seemed to be in limbo. Eva is alone once again, but this doesn’t bother me because I believe she is better this way.
