Socialization is defined as the process through which people learn the expectations of society. This expected behavior allows people to determine their perspective roles in society. …make me the person I am know. Resocialization is defined as the process by which existing social roles are radically altered or replace. I believe that not only have I experienced this by coming to Hampton, but a majority of the other students on campus have experienced this as well. Leaving your home, your society, and your way of living and being put in a new situation is cause for anyway to undergo resocialization.
