Refurbishing older schools

The refurbishing of older institutes of education is slowing becoming more and more common place. In the Savannah area there are few examples of this phenomenon. The Savannah Arts Academy and Richard Arnold are two major established projects. There are numerous quality materials put into older schools, which newer schools lack.
