…proposition 215 down, they would struggle and fight to put it back on. In order to have a legislative law to pass, you need a leader and more volunteers in order to accomplish something. Most importantly you need a lot of encouragement and support. I supported proposition 215 because sick patients deserve special care who truly believe that it will help them get better.
