The uncontrolled harassing of teens here in Springfield by the city cops needs to be stopped or atleast slowed down. Perhaps if police would layoff of the regular Friday and Saturday night “hunt” for teenagers, then perhaps teens could be free of the constant worry of being chaser or pulled over and the “weekend wars” would cease to assist.
