Organizational behavior is the study of groups and individuals within a company. Organizational behavior affects the way a company views and reacts to different concepts such as, diversity, communication, organizational culture, effectiveness, efficiency and learning. Organizational learning is the process of empowering employees with new ways to completing task and allowing them to be creative with in the organization. Once again my organization has fallen behind, equipment, materials and techniques are outdated. My organization lack of creativeness and employee incentives have caused the company to suffer.
