While the soldiers go to help him out, Old Milon is able to kill them easily, as a substitute of him using force and actually fighting the German soldiers. In conclusion, Old Milon, due to his skillful ways, was able to survive, puzzle, and murder the Prussians, who fed his fire of rage and brought upon themselves this dilemma.
