In Monclova, Mexico my life was changed by the image of a man that will never leave my mind. Hector, a seventy year old, is a work horse in the house of God. Hector helped build over one hundred churches in Mexico every summer for the past ten years. Despite his age, and his knowledge of English, one thing was evident, everyone loved him and so did the Lord.

Hector’s image in my mind will be stuck there forever. His western shirt, blue jeans and hat using his strong arms and hands to smack the rhubarb down in the building correctly will stick with me forever. The Lord’s love was shown with the smile on his face and the shine in his eyes.
