see the significance of this novel. It taught me exactly what the saying at the beginning explained. The weird thing is that it never explained what happened to George after Lennie’s death. I guess it was the author’s idea to let the reader decide what they want to happen even after the words ended. All in all the novel was extremely well written, and also it was a pleasure to read.
