In the novel The Pigman by Paul Zindel, he deals with the importance of enjoying one’s life despite difficult circumstances. Mr. Zindel proves his point by introducing Mr. Pignati or the Pigman, Lorraine’s Mom, and John’s Father. Each character has their own individual obstacles that prevent them from being happy.
