…States has made their lives less complicated. As senior citizens, the government would give them money each month. From the money that they receive, they sent some to their children back in the Philippines, for they can have a somewhat wealthy living. The love and respect for my heritage, which I associated with my grandparents, is an inspiration to me. My grandparents are individuals who touched my soul and guided me to the right direction.
