The bottom line is, in order to be a good leader you have to listen to the needs of your subordinates. A leader must "Be, Know, and Do". Be responsible for yourself and your subordinates; Know your subordinates and look out for their well being; Do as you want your employees to do. And last but not least, always "stick to the "BASICS"".
