This novel is a great love story, however, it is missing the fairy tale ending. Though it leaves you feeling somewhat depressed and angered that is how love sometimes is. This novel is not for those who loved Cinderella and expect the same “happily ever after”, but for those who are aware that love is somewhat unexpected, unpredictable and painful yet still need and desire to be loved.
