and why the reason for writing this letter is unclear and not completely thought out. I feel as if this mother just saw violence in the book and didn’t see any symbolic meaning that this book really has. No one should be kept from reading this book just because of her opinion alone, because she did not provide valid reasons to ban it, and therefore should be brought back onto reading lists effective immediately.
