end there will be consequences to what they believe and trust. Shakespeare also shows the idea that people cannot be trusted just on the way of their outward appearances. He shows us this by having Macbeth, someone who appears to be a good guy, turn out in the end to kill people that he had once loved and cared for. Many times those who seem like they are good will turn out to be evil.
