To sum up, what makes a good leader? In my opinion there is no single, definitive list of leadership qualities to answer that question, because the answer depends on the context. A particular characteristic or skill may demonstrate greater leadership in one organizational culture but be unacceptable or ineffective in another. In some instances, leadership might result not from personal qualities but from being in a position that represents a group's direction.
