The communication process between people is affected by many different situations in daily life. We plan on investigating the communication process between a leader in a group and the group members. Attribution theory relates to this topic because often times people in a group stereotype each other because of many differences, such as culture, age and gender. What makes a good leader in a group? 2. Why can an official leader in a group have good relationships and bad relationships with the group members? 3. How can a group leader overcome challenges and barriers so that he or she can maintain a positive relationship with each group member?
