James Cooper was a great writer, and very talented with descriptions. This would explain the enormous detail the movie involves, and the powerful views the movie shares with its audiences. …showed last 75 words of 628 total…that Munro’s oldest daughter would burn in the Huron fire. Duncan pleaded and was traded for Karen, but Mogua had already taken Cora and left. There was a battle on a cliff, and Uncas was killed, after which, the girl he loved stepped off and died as well. Chincagook came in at a sprint with Nathaniel clearing a path for him and killed Mogua swiftly. After which we see a burial ceremony for Uncas.
