Ku Klux Klan: History Behind the White Sheet

When you think of racism and discrimination, what do comes to mind first? It could be a burning cross, on someone's front lawn, or perhaps the Ku Klux Klux Klan. More commonly known as th KKK, the Ku Klux Klan is a terrorist group. The slogan for the KKK is "Native White Protestant Supremacy." There are a few additional sayings floating around. Although, in the past the Ku Klux Klan has held a powerful and influential place in society, today it has been reduced to a small gorup of people that choose to uphold original traditions. There are a few military groups that support them (Aryans Nations and National Alliance), but mostly they rely on thier members to pay dues.
