Knee injuries

Though many people in the U.S. suffer from common ailments such as Carpal tunnel syndrome and Arthritis, as many as 6,000,000 people in the country see doctors annually complaining of knee pain, and thousands of others never visit the doctor. …Dislocating my knee was the most painful thing that every happened to me, but my orthopedic doctor told me that my injury on my other leg was much more serious, just less painful. All of these injuries have been happening to me as a result of my vastus medialis being weak. I am now attending physical therapy to help strengthen my leg and trying to get all of my thigh muscles in working order again.
