A great majority of Americans think that crime is the greatest concern for the nation. The core of juvenile homicide comes from parental supervision and being involved in the minor’s life. The blame can be carried from such things as gangs, to not having a real sense of reality, to victimization. When scrutinizing these causes, though, one finds that the lack of a moral grip in a child’s life due to parental neglect is truly to blame.
