4) Two quotes I liked from this scene show how Guildenstern and Rosencrantz are so similar and how it doesn't matter which one is which. On line 35, after Guildenstern and Rosencrantz offer their services, Claudius says "Thanks, Rosencrantz and gentle Guildenstern." Gertrude follows on line 36 by saying "Thanks, Guildenstern and gentle Rosencrantz," as if they're interchangeable.
