Globalization is the term given to the worldwide system of interconnectedness that the global economy has come to depend on. In other words, every community in the world is in some way connected to and dependant on, most other communities in the world. Globalization has also come to mean a system of free trade agreements between certain countries that allow foreign industry to compete with each other in an unrestricted manner.

…showed last 75 words of 606 total…no one in this country is qualified to take them? Also, I did not see any plans for a reduction of housing or health care costs involved in free trade. I would like to think that working together with our neighbors towards a mutually beneficial trade agreement would be a good thing for everybody, but I only see it benefiting corporate entities and political leader agendas. I see the whole, interconnected world heading for disaster.
