What conditions affect water loss from leaves?

Prediction
I predict that the higher the temperature, the more water the leaf will lose. In hotter atmospheres, more water will be evaporated off the leaf. So, if we put a leaf in an oven, more water will be lost than a leaf we put in a fridge.
Scientific Background.
Transpiration is the loss of water from the plant. Stomata close when there

they gained some. I think we could have done a more accurate experiment if we had used a wider range of different temperatures so that there would have been more points on the graph and I could have drawn a more accurate line of best fit. By one point on my graph (9ºC) the amount of water lost hadn't changed so I think we must have done something wrong with one of the leaves there.
