Daisy away from Tom. Without this theme
Gatsby probably would’ve talked to Daisy himself instead of hoping maybe one day she
would take the risk and go to Gatsby’s house and talk to him. Without this theme the
whole book wouldn’t be any good to read because you could predict what could happen.
Since this book did have this theme I could never figure out what would happened next in
the book.
