This issue is important because the United States has to identify how much they are obligated to help the homeless people who aren’t always in their situations because of controllable circumstances. The rights that are already given to the homeless public are often disagreed upon when looked at by several groups, and these rights, or lack of rights as some see it, are what our group is going to talk about

to argue that mass gatherings like the dignity village displayed here in Portland can’t be called assembly because that certainly is a right given o all American citizens when they’re following a legal life. When arguing about the validity of such gatherings like this one its hard not to look beyond the constitution and set laws, and that is a logical way to solve the problem, it might not be the most beneficial.
