Many people don’t like working in groups when one grade will apply to the whole group. I don’t mind working in this type of setting because all of the work is divided amongst the team. If everyone knows what they have to do in order to complete the assignment to the best of their ability, then the grade will reflect the effort of the individual, and most importantly the entire group. …showed last 75 words of 425 total…to be good. Energizer and I won second place in the science fair, and they came up with a last minute Duracell vs. Store Brand Battery and passed Biology. From then on, when I work in groups, we agree to contribute as a whole and get the job done on time and to the best of our abilities. However, if a group member is slacking, they will work alone…and that is not so good!
