This, I believe, is already under way in many countries, in Eastern Europe, for example, spear headed by the work of the Soros Foundation. But much needs to be done in this regard so that men and women through out the world can live in societies where they are treated with respect for their civil and democratic rights and thus, live in freedom and security.
