education. Even though I see very little gender disparity in my own situation, I understand both points of view and agree with both. Women have made great strides in recent years but, at the same time, struggle with “traditional” attitudes. For those who have chosen career paths that are not yet even with their male counterparts, I can only hope that the great strides will continue and in time there will be no “Big Deal.”
