Frank Lloyd Wright was considered one of the 20th century’s greatest architects. He accomplished many things in his lifetime, including the design of the Guggenheim Museum in New York City along with about one thousand other buildings. He was born on June 8, 1867, and lived until he was almost 92 years old, dying on April 9, 1959. He never retired, even when he knew that he was dying.
