Brian then congratulates all three; Brian, Brooke and Emma for the story, we then see him taking full credit of the story as he speaks to the 'upstairs' bosses. Brian is a ruthless and unscrupulous manipulator of people and the truth, and therefore a great example of what I am trying to prove that 'truth is never pure and simple'
