In this country’s premier state university, it is always expected that the students be fed with the luxury of benefits that the government has promised to offer. …showed last 75 words of 419 total…the enrolment process? I personally agree. But the problem would boil down to just one thing and that is budget! How much is needed and where should they get the money?
Indeed, budget allocation is the root of this entire problem. Even economists cannot easily identify the means of detecting it. But one thing for sure, no matter where they get it and no matter how much is needed, “iskolars ng bayan” deserve the privilege.
