…showed last 75 words of 752 total…decision came down just to me, and I had the American army under my command, I think I would take control of Cuba. Then I would ask the people what they wanted; if it didn’t jeopardize national security, I would do it. Speaking in reality, that would be virtually impossible. While this problem is still up in the air, the biggest question we should be concerned with is, is this solution ethical and moral.
