…in a heartbeat reading; Instead of a two hour phone call. Email makes getting a simple message across easier. In conclusion, I still believe in email strongly, I use it daily to talk to family and friends. However, phone calls or in person is if not better than equal. When you need to cry or laugh or some other emotion, phone is good. Email is more for quick answer simple stuff. Those are the differences.
