Every day, in almost every city and town across America, millions of children are deciding whether to try drugs. Most additions start when someone is a child. In 1999 a pole took in the 4.7 percent of eighth graders have tried cocaine, then in the tenth grade 7.7 percent have tried cocaine, and in the twelfth grade 9.8 percent tried it ( Cocaine ).
