Miller are driven by the reader’s imagination. Also, Tennessee Williams allows the reader
some artistic license to create images of characters in his play. However, Kaufman takes
his non-fiction play, based on 200 plus interviews and presents his characters as wants
them presented in a theatrical production. In the theater, the audience gets taken back by
Kaufman’s ability to arose the emotions of his readers and audience.
