the law deals effectively with protections of children from domestic
violence and abuse, however the suspicions or documentation in Daniel
Valerio’s case of such abuse needs to be forwarded to associations which
embody the power to prevent and indeed stop further abuse. This can be
changed if attitudes were altered and interference of activites such as
child abuse was not viewed in a skeptical nature.
