…is completely clear that parking tickets produce more positive consequences than negative ones. Through parking tickets the university has a new source of income, they keep outsiders off the campus, and finally they assure the students whom do pay their annual fees a parking spot. Without these parking tickets our university would be overrun with not here for education but just to corrupt the learning environment in which we are taking part in every day.
