When coaching children, you have to keep everything basic. I am
going to tell you how I coached my middle school basketball team. Show
the kids how to have fun, how to show good sportsmanship, and the rules of

closer together when they help each other out when somebody doesn’t think
they can finish a sprint or drill.
Fun is what kids need. Without fun, why would kids keep playing?
Fun creates unity and it keeps kids coming back. Never get a child hating
practice because he might not give it his best effort. Everybody plays better
when there having fun.
