Statsky presents a good argument but; the points she did not address were too important for her to successfully prove her case. Parents who are already under the impression that team sports are unnecessary would be likely to agree with Statsky on all of her points, however; parents who are in support of team sports would easily be able to refute her argument. Therefore, Statsky only achieves some success with her argument.
