…born into. you can not go up or down unless you take drastic measures. there are four main levels in the caste system that most people are familiar with the brahmans, Kshartiyas, Vaishyas and the Shudras. the system has many sub castes but many of them are unnamed or distinguished by regional associations. so if you see a colorful circle on someone, then you will know that they are a part of the caste system.
