Together we form a terrific team because of our differences in behavior and our diversity in many other ways. Everyone has mentioned that they enjoy working in our group because we work so well together. Some believe that is because we set up our team charter and we set up our goals, wants and needs at that time. Whatever the factors are we are a great team and we working well together.
