An autocracy gives him/her the power to rule all, to be the supreme ruler, but as mentioned before everyone would be good and therefore, that one ruler would do well for all, because he or she would be good. Hence, my beliefs have shown that Hobbes and Rousseau were indeed both wrong and that there is not just one (good or evil), but both.
