The movie I chose was Apollo 13, it is about the “successful failure” of the Apollo 13 mission. Jim Lovell, the captain of the Apollo 13 spacecraft, is the character I picked to write about. In Lovell’s case, it made him stronger and he was able to make it home to be with his family. At the end of the movie, Lovell states that NASA called the Apollo 13 a “successful failure” not because of the catastrophe, but because they did not land on the moon.
